this is a slideshow of what i believe to be some of the best car audio you could buy way back in the day,,,, before you needed 1.21 jiggawatts to bump,,,,, alot of these old subs and amps are American made right here in the USA,,,back when car audio was still good,,, especially the old hifonics amps and subs,,, hifonics was some of the most bad ass shit you could buy back then,, and check out the chrome rockford power 1000,,,,, this amp is a BEAST,,, i bet you’ve never even heard of or seen one of these ,,,,,and i saved the best for last,,, the USAMPS vlx400’s,,, these amps will destroy you,,,,alot of these photos are from subs and amps i have owned or still have laying around,,, and i believe that all bass heads and audiophiles NEED to know about this stuff,,,,because this is what and where it all started from,,, and i haven’t even began to dive into some of the other stuff because there is sooooo much other bad ass shit out there that i couldn’t find,,, and this vid is already 8 mins long so i’ll cut it short,,,,, but enjoy brief look into the history of car audio ,,, and i’ll make another episode real soon,,
